Great to attend such an inspiring and energising event with the School of International Futures in Parliament yesterday.
It was fantastic to hear directly from young people with thoughtful, ambitious ideas about how we can do politics differently – including proposals like a Parliamentary Committee for the Future to represent the interests of future generations.
That’s why I’m so passionate about creating opportunities locally too. Through my Your Voice, Your Future work experience programme, I’m working with young people to make sure their voices are heard and valued in our democracy.
📢 Applications for this summer’s programme will be opening soon – I’d strongly encourage any young people in Aylesbury and the villages to apply and get involved.
