The Suffragettes and Beyond - Discover the History of Women and the Vote. A FREE two hour presentation and workshop especially for women from Parliament's Outreach and Engagement team.

Be inspired by the fascinating story of how women won the vote, from the earliest petitions and protests to the direct action of the Suffragettes and beyond. Find out when women sat in the Lords and what they did when they got there. Discover the changes introduced by early women pioneers. 

💯 Plus, find out about the 'Vote 100' commemorations planned for this year and how you can get involved.

🚗 It is a short walk from both the train station and bus station, and there are several car parks nearby. Eastern Street car park is the closest (21-23 Eastern Street, HP11 1NT).

♿ The Hub is fully accessible with lifts and disabled toilets on every floor.
